OUR AMAZING PINSA!

The pinsa dough

Kneading the dough

We knead the dough to perfection to prepare it for it's maturation process.

Long Maturation

We let it rise slowly. It takes a little over 24 hours to leaven the pinsa dough.

The famous pinsa shape

You know it's pinsa just by looking at it. The wavy surface is from the pressure of the fingers.

How to cook your pinsa

1. Preheat your oven to 400F (204C)

2. Add your sauce and toppings

3. Place your pinsa on the middle oven rack

4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
